The 2 styles extend the body without compromising the tranquility of the mind and restore a powerful sense of rejuvenation, health and strength. Most importantly, the program is informed by and adjusted with mindful consideration to participants needs.
WILL THIS PROGRAM SUIT ME?
The program provides an opportunity for participants to work comfortably at their own level. It is taught in a structured and easy to understand style and carefully designed to suit participants varying capabilities. For those who enjoy a stronger challenge, a more dynamic flow can be threaded throughout the practice. Alternatively, a gentle pace is also an option.

WHERE WILL I BE STAYING AND TRAVELLING ?
The luxurious nature of your accommodation provides a magnificent backdrop for your yoga experience as you journey by car through North India. This especially selected collection of Oberoi hotels and locations, offers a variety of adventures throughout India– from New Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Ranthambhore and Udaipur. Yoga practice will form the central component at most of these locations, as too, time for some exploration.
You will be staying at 5 Oberoi Hotels, which are recognised for their exceedingly high quality of service. Each also offers a stunningly beautiful, peaceful and natural environment in which to experience yoga and to feel rejuvenated.
